Cheddar Burger with Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions Recipe

6 ounce Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
4 whole each Mushroom Pieces and Stems
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
- Form beef into a patty and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill burger to desired degree of doneness.
- Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and onions then sauté in a skillet with 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil until mushrooms are soft and onions are tender.
- To serve, place burger on plate, top with onions and mushrooms and then cheese.
