Keto Cattle Ranch Beef Spread
Cooking tip: If you’re serving as an appetizer, plate your dip with two or three different low carb snacks!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces Beef Jerky
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 cup chopped Green Sweet Pepper
  • 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese

Directions:

Try to find a beef jerky that is less than 3g NC per serving.  Ideally it should have no gNC but we have allowed for 3g in this recipe. 
  1. Chop the beef jerkey and add to a bowl with the cream cheese, sour cream, diced green onions, diced green pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Blend together until fully mixed and then add black pepper to taste.
  2. Let stand 1 hour for flavors to blend. Serving size is 2 tablespoons.
  3. Serving suggetion: Serve 1-2 tablespoons in the cavity of a celery stalk (don't forget to add in the extra Net Carbs; 1 stalk celery = 1g Net Carbs)
