Canned Tuna with Snap Peas, Red Bell Pepper and Tomato

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped Snowpeas (Pea Pod)
  • 1/4 cup chopped Sweet Red Peppers
  • 4 ounces Tuna in Water (Canned)
  • 2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter) Red Tomato

Directions:

An alternative serving method for this salad is to hollow out the tomato instead of chopping it, then serve it stuffed with the tuna, mayonnaise, snap pea and red bell pepper combination.
  1. Drain the tuna.
  2. Combine tuna with the mayonnaise until thoroughly blended. Dice the snap peas, red bell pepper and tomato then add them to the tuna mixture.
