Ingredients:

  • 5 ounces Tuna in Water (Canned)
  • 1 1/2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Directions:

  1. Combine the drained tuna with chopped celery and mayonnaise. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Serve over the baby spinach. Dress the baby spinach first if desired with a small amount of lemon juice and olive oil (1 tsp each), remember to include the additional net carbs (NC) for the lemon juice (about 0.3g NC per tsp).
