Ingredients:
- 5 ounces Tuna in Water (Canned)
- 1 1/2 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
- 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
Directions:
- Combine the drained tuna with chopped celery and mayonnaise. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve over the baby spinach. Dress the baby spinach first if desired with a small amount of lemon juice and olive oil (1 tsp each), remember to include the additional net carbs (NC) for the lemon juice (about 0.3g NC per tsp).
