Candied-Ginger Sweet Potatoes Recipe

3 Tbsp Ginger Root, fresh, grated
3 oz Sugar Free Maple Flavored Syrup
4 sweetpotato, 5" long SWEET POTATO
3 tablespoon Unsalted Butter Stick
- Heat oven to 450°F. Butter an 8-by 10-inch baking dish.
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until almost tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain.
- Combine syrup and ginger in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until syrup is warm and the flavors have blended, about 3 minutes.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer in baking dish. Pour syrup mixture over potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until potatoes are very soft, about 40 minutes
