Ingredients:
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter Stick
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Canola Vegetable Oil
Directions:
This mix is high in monounsaturated fats and included some omega-3 fatty acids. It also has a nice mouthfeel and spreads the way soft margarine does. Serve on vegetables, fish or meat. Each serving is 1 Tbsp.
- Blend butter and both oils in a food processor until smooth. Scrape into a container with a snap top. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
