Keto Butter-Oil Blend
Cooking tip: If you’ve tried this sauce and like it, try experimenting with herbs and spices to flavor it your way!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Canola Vegetable Oil

Directions:

This mix is high in monounsaturated fats and included some omega-3 fatty acids.  It also has a nice mouthfeel and spreads the way soft margarine does.  Serve on vegetables, fish or meat.  Each serving is 1 Tbsp. 
  1. Blend butter and both oils in a food processor until smooth. Scrape into a container with a snap top. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
