Brown Rice Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon (3.5g) truvia
  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk, plain, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Polaner All Fruit Raspberry Jam
  • 1/4 cup Brown Rice, long grain
  • 1/16 teaspoon Salt

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the milk, rice, vanilla, sweetener and salt to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook until rice is tender, 55-60 minutes.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl and top with preserves. Serve warm.
