INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Butter cooked just until it browns has a lovely nutty flavor and aroma.This simple French classic pairs well with any white fish or scallops, eggs and vegetables. Each serving is 2 Tbsp.

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook until butter begins to brown and smells nutty, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
