Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Stick
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
Butter cooked just until it browns has a lovely nutty flavor and aroma.This simple French classic pairs well with any white fish or scallops, eggs and vegetables. Each serving is 2 Tbsp.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook until butter begins to brown and smells nutty, about 5 minutes.
