Bratwurst with Onions and Sauerkraut

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick (3 oz) Bratwurst
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced Onions
  • 1/2 cup Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned)

Directions:

  1. In a small skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add white onions and sauté about 3 minutes. Add bratwurst and sauerkraut. 
  2. Continue to cook until bratwurst is browned on all sides and heated through. Serve immediately.
