Blueberry, Maple and Pecan Smoothie Recipe

0 1/4 cup Blueberries, fresh
10 each Pecan Halves, raw
1 cup Coconut Milk Beverage, plain, unsweetened
1 scoop (1 scoop= 31 g) Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (sugar-free)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONSBlend all ingredients except ice until very smooth. Pour over or blend with 1/2 cup of ice and enjoy.
Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be sustituted for the coconut.
