Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Coconut Milk Beverage, plain, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup Blueberries, fresh
- 10 each Pecan Halves, raw
- 1 scoop (1 scoop= 31 g) Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (sugar-free)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except ice until very smooth. Pour over or blend with 1/2 cup of ice and enjoy.
Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be sustituted for the coconut.
