Keto Blue Cheese Dip
Cooking tip: If you’re serving as an appetizer, plate your dip with two or three different low carb snacks!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 4 ounces Blue or Roquefort Cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Thyme
  • 2/3 cup Real Mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, thyme, sour cream and mayonnaise.
  2. Add the blue cheese and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Serve immediately with assorted fresh vegetables. Can be made 2 days ahead, cover and keep refrigerated.
