Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)
- 4 ounces Blue or Roquefort Cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Thyme
- 2/3 cup Real Mayonnaise
Directions:
- Whisk together the vinegar, thyme, sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Add the blue cheese and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve immediately with assorted fresh vegetables. Can be made 2 days ahead, cover and keep refrigerated.
