INGREDIENTS

  • 0.25 cup Frozen Blackberries
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 oz Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 0.0625 cup Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal
  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.06 tsp Allspice Ground
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

For this recipe unsweetened coconut, almond or soy milk may be used.  Combine the frozen balckberries, milk of choice, protein powder, flax meal (1/16 cup = 1 Tbsp), vanilla and spices in a blender.  Blend until smooth.
