Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Raspberries, fresh
- 1/4 cup Cucumber, raw, sliced
- 1 each Atkins Strawberry Shake
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Kroger Riced Cauliflower, frozen (85g per 3/4 cup)
Directions:
For best results use a chilled Atkins shake.
Pour Atkins Strawberry Shake and chia seeds into a blender and let sit for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
