Berries with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces Strawberries
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Red Raspberries

Directions:

  1. Combine fruit and place into 6 dessert bowls.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate and cream until just melted (this can be done in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Be careful not to overheat and burn the chocolate). Add vanilla and stir until smooth.
  3. Cool slightly and drizzle sauce over fruit just before serving.
