Banana-Coconut Rum Yummy Recipe

0 1/3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana
0 1/3 cup Coconut Cream
1 fl oz (no ice) Rum
2 ice cube Tap Water
1 pkt Truvia (stevia)
DIRECTIONSUse either spiced or coconut rum for added flavor in this recipe. Be sure to check online to be sure there is no added sugar in your flavored rum as most manufacturers do not include a nutritional label. This may be made nonalcoholic by omitting the rum and replacing with 1/2 tsp rum extract. Also be sure to use canned coconut cream (or milk) and not the cream of coconut which is sweetened.
- Add the banana, canned coconut cream, rum, granular sugar substitute (if using sucralose use 2 tsp and add 1g NC to the total) and ice to a blender.
- Blend on high until ice is thoroughly crushed. Adjust sweetener if needed.
- Pour into a martini glass and sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg and or cinnamon if desired.
