Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 teaspoon Cloves (Ground)
- 1 cup, mashed Bananas
- 1 /4 cup Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg (Ground)
- 3/4 cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 4 tablespoons Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin tin with oil or use 8 paper liners.
- Combine the oil and eggs. Add bananas, sucralose, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix to combine and then add to the wet ingredients blending until fully integrated.
- Bake for 22 minutes until set in the center and fragrant. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before removing.
