Atkins Soy-Free Flour Mix

Ingredients:

  • 57 grams Whey Protein Concentrate (30g=1/3 cup)
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour, Blanched
  • 2/3 cup Wheat Gluten
  • 4 tablespoons Wheat Bran, raw
  • 1/4 cup Flax Seed Meal
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour

Directions:

We recommend measuring ingredients for this recipe by weight rather than cups for accuracy, especially if using in baking recipes.
