Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons canned tomato paste, 6 oz, unsalted USDA
- 1/2 cup canned tomato puree USDA
- 2 tablespoons allulose, liquid sweetener
- 2 tablespoons vinegar FNDDS
- 1 teaspoon table salt USDA
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves, ground USDA
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder USDA
- 2 tablespoons Swerve sweetener, brown
- 3/4 cup tap water FNDDS
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder USDA
- 1/8 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds, ground USDA
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, whisk all ingredients together. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, place a lid on slightly askew so that steam can escape. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened and the flavors meld, about 30 minutes.
- Scrape into a blender with a corner open to allow heat to vent and blend on high. Pour into a container and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Each serving is 2 tablespoons ketchup.
