Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound Northern Lobster
- 1 tablespoon Dried Whole Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Canola Vegetable Oil
- 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
- 2 tablespoons Sodium and Sugar Free Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Tamari Soybean Sauce
- 2 cups shredded Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 small Sweet Red Pepper
Directions:
- For the salad: In a large serving bowl, combine lobster, cabbage, bell pepper, scallions and sesame seeds.
- For the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk the rice vinegar, Tamari soy sauce, grated ginger and the canola and sesame oils together.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat. Season with fresh ground black pepper and salt.
