Antioxidant Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Berries - Kirkland Nature's Three Berries
  • 2/3 cup Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Milk (canned)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Organic Chia Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric (Ground)
