DIRECTIONS
Feel free to substitute other fruits or nuts for the pineapple and/or almonds (about 20 whole almonds, 3 Tbsp slivered). Be sure to use fresh pineapple in this smoothie. Canned pineapple is swimming in sugar.Combine the yogurt, pineapple, almonds and almond milk in a blender and purée until smooth and creamy.
