Almond-Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (8 fluid ounces) Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk)
  • 2 1/2 ounces Pineapple
  • 20 each wholes Blanched & Slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original

Directions:

Feel free to substitute other fruits or nuts for the pineapple and/or almonds (about 20 whole almonds, 3 Tbsp slivered). Be sure to use fresh pineapple in this smoothie. Canned pineapple is swimming in sugar.
Combine the yogurt, pineapple, almonds and almond milk in a blender and purée until smooth and creamy.
