You can be ‘carb conscious’ and live happily ever after
Hey...we all know the pleasure to be found in some pasta. Or a great sandwich on a little good bread...or a bit of rice with that chicken.
Yes, we're talking carbs
But you don’t have to COUNT Carbs to be smart about how and when to enjoy them.
Because effective immediately (and from now on) there’s a way to keep that weight you’ve lost off---permanently---without being ‘Carb-Phobic.’
‘Just the right amount of Atkins'
It was time for us to do it, so we did:
Atkins has totally re-set the table
And now, nothing’s off the table.
Not pasta, not bread, not fruit! It’s all here...and it’s all here so you can ENJOY maintaining your new healthy weight for life. And, as always, you can also come to the Atkins table to lose some weight if you like. You don’t need anyone to tell you that some good protein, healthy fats, fiber, and, yes, some CARBS---in balance---every day is the best way to keep you right where you want to be---keeping your metabolism at peak performance! (Of course, we do also know that living on sugary sodas and juices, eating gooey desserts daily...or a wolfing down a whole pound of spaghetti is never going to end well.)
So, how do you find the balance without all the counting and measuring...?
It’s mostly about common sense
And a lot of what you probably already know.
So let’s say you have that bowl of Scott’s Chicken Sausage, Linguini, and Spinach for dinner tonight... we know there’s carbs in that pasta. Instead of obsessing about how many carbs, why not just be smart on the portion, and, yes...enjoy it...hey, you can go easy on the carbs the next day.
It all balances out
Dive into a good sandwich---skip the empty carbs in a side of chips. Have that burger, load it up---maybe (just) lay off the fries. And, does a great, gooey lasagna really need a side of garlic bread...?
Enjoy your food
Just stay ‘in the ballpark,’ and don’t go crazy. Unless it’s your Birthday. Then it’s okay to go a little crazy. The rest of the time, just enjoy, and be a little mindful.
That’s the whole idea
