- 5 ounces Australian Lamb Leg (Sirloin Chops, Boneless, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat)
Directions:
Use 1 tablespoon of the Atkins recipe: Moroccan Rub.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season lamb with rub.
- Grill (or spray skillet with a little oil and cook) until evenly browned on one side, about 5 minutes.
- Then turn over and cook the other side, about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
