Keto Tropical Raspberry Fat Bomb

Ingredients:

  • 16 Raspberries, fresh, each
  • 3 3/4 grams Whey Protein Concentrate (30g=1/3 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons Hemp Hearts
  • 4 teaspoons Flax Seed Meal
  • 5 each Macadamia nuts, roasted
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Butter
  • 1/16 teaspoon Salt

Directions:

Ingredient notes: You will need dehydrated or freeze dried raspberries for this recipe. Two teaspoons of whey protein concentrate is equivalent to 3.75 grams. Five macadamia nuts weigh about 15 grams.
  1. Mince the raspberries and macadamia nuts. Warm the coconut butter to a spreadable consistency.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed and evenly distributed. Cool mix in refrigerator for 3-5 minutes, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
  3. Measure a scant tablespoon of mixture, form into a ball, and place on a plate or in an air tight container. Repeat for all the mixture to make about 10 balls. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before eating. Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. One ball is one serving.
