INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/3 large Scallions or Spring Onions
  • 1 cup Tap Water
  • 5 tbsp Tamari Soybean Sauce
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 32 oz, boneless, raw Salmon
  • 0 1/2 tsp Wasabi Paste
  • 5 Tbsp Mayonnaise (Hellman's Real)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine water, soy sauce, finely diced green onion and minced garlic in a 2-quart baking dish. Add fillets skin side up and bake 15 minutes, until just cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk mayonnaise with wasabi paste. Set aside.
  4. Remove fish from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Measure 2 tablespoons of the fish cooking liquid and whisk into mayonnaise mixture.
  5. To serve, peel skin from fish and drizzle sauce on top.
