Ingredients:
- 32 ounces boneless, raw Salmon
- 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise (Hellman's Real)
- 1 cup Tap Water
- 5 tablespoons Tamari Soybean Sauce
- 1/3 large Scallions or Spring Onion
- 2 teaspoons Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Wasabi Paste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine water, soy sauce, finely diced green onion and minced garlic in a 2-quart baking dish. Add fillets skin side up and bake 15 minutes, until just cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk mayonnaise with wasabi paste. Set aside.
- Remove fish from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Measure 2 tablespoons of the fish cooking liquid and whisk into mayonnaise mixture.
- To serve, peel skin from fish and drizzle sauce on top.
