1 tbsp Maple Syrup (sugar-free)

1 teaspoon Confectioners (powdered) erythritol

1 teaspoon Ginger root, fresh gated
DIRECTIONS
Ingredient note: If you do not have fresh ginger, you can use ¼ teaspoon powdered ginger.- Preheat a 4 slice waffle iron.
- Shred the cheese. In a small bowl, use a fork to combine all ingredients. Pour about ¼ cup batter into the center of each waffle section and press down. Cook using manufactures instructions, 3-6 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Remove from the waffle iron and let cool before consuming.
