1 fl oz Lemon Juice

1 tsp, leaves Thyme (Dried)

16 oz Green String Beans

2 tsp Lemon Zest

4 tbsp Butter
DIRECTIONS
- For fish: Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper. Make a paste with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, minced garlic and thyme and cover the fish with it.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish until just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate, add remaining lemon juice, and cover to keep warm.
- Sauté green beans in the same skillet with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and 2 teaspoons lemon zest. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook until tender-crisp; about 5 minutes. Serve with the halibut topped with 1 tablespoon butter.
