How to Calculate Atkins Net Carbs
Atkins Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates – Fiber – Sugar Alcohols/Glycerin (if applicable)
×INGREDIENTS
-
32 oz Ground Pork
-
8 Keto Teriyaki Glaze
-
4 Tbsp Scallion (green onion, chopped)
-
4 teaspoon Ginger root, fresh gated
-
3 tsp Garlic
-
0 2/3 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
-
0 1/4 cup(s) Cilantro, fresh (1 cup= 16 g)
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Teriyaki Glaze for this recipe. You will need 1/2 cup (8 servings) for this recipe.
- Lightly oil a grill over medium heat, or heat broiler.
- In a large bowl combine ground pork, 1/4 cup (2 oz) teriyaki sauce, green onions, ginger, minced or pressed garlic, and sesame oil. Form into six thick patties, about 6 ounces each.
- Grill patties covered, 7 to 8 minutes. Before flipping, make sure the patties are solidly cooked on the first side and gently flip as these patties are a bit fragile. Continue to grill until just cooked through with an internal temperature of 160°F, another 7-8 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce mixed with 1-2 tablespoons water to thin it out and chopped fresh cilantro (optional).
