4 Tbsp Scallion (green onion, chopped)
0 2/3 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
4 teaspoon Ginger root, fresh gated
3 tsp Garlic
0 1/4 cup(s) Cilantro, fresh (1 cup= 16 g)
- Prepare a medium grill or heat broiler.
- In a large bowl combine ground pork, green onions, sesame oil, ginger, minced or pressed garlic, and 1/4 cup (2 oz) teriyaki sauce. Form into six thick patties.
- Grill patties covered, 7 to 8 minutes per side, until just cooked through. Serve with remaining sauce mixed with 1-2 tablespoons water to thin it out and chopped fresh cilantro (optional).
