Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Peanuts, dry roasted
- 10 drops Liquid Stevia Drops
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, unsweetened, whole milk
- 1 bar Atkins Lemon Vanilla Protein Wafer Crisps
Directions:
- In a small bowl combine the yogurt and stevia. Taste and add more stevia if needed to reach your desired level of sweetness. Chop Chocolate Crème Protein Wafer Crisps.
- In the bottom of a jelly jar or glass, layer half the yogurt, top with half the chopped bar, and one tablespoon peanuts. Repeat the layers and serve. One parfait is one serving.
