My Story: I was once and still is a foodie, and thought that I was happy being almost 400lb, but this was just my way of hiding all my pain I was going through. I took a vacation to Belize, South America, rode a donkey through the jungle, where I thought I was going to Z-Line, and got there and was told that “I was too heavy”. Than return from vacation learning that my son to get sick and need a lifesaving organ, to make me realize that I need to lose weight. I started my life change when the doctors told me that I could not be an organ donor for my son, because they don’t take organs from obesity people. Ok, now I really have a problem, and now I’m really MAD because I’m trying to save my child life. I started changing the way I eat, by eating less, using a smaller plate, walking more, started swimming laps for 45 mins to hour, just trying to live healthier. Just started finding myself, loving me more, and Loving life. As the pounds fell off, people started noticing the difference in me, the way I was dressing, carrying myself. I went from a size 32 to size 14 and sometimes I can get into a size 12. I love the NEW me and I’m embracing how much using Akins meal, snacks, help me to show off my new and improved CURVES.
