INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup ice cubes Tap Water
  • 1 each Atkins Creamy Vanilla Shake
  • 3 teaspoon, dry Instant Coffee (Dry Powder)
  • 3 tbsp Heavy Cream

DIRECTIONS

Combine 2 cups of ice in a blender with Atkins Creamy Vanilla Shake, heavy cream and instant coffee. Blend until thoroughly combined and all the ice is crushed. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream if desired. Also terrific with 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
