INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 1 tbsp chopped Shallots
  • 1 tbsp All Natural Clam Juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped Chives
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Basil
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Thick-It-Up
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it sizzles. Add the shallots and sauté for 1 minute or until they become translucent. Pour in the clam juice. Cook until volume is reduced by half, about 6 minutes.
  2. Add the chives, parsley, basil and cream. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in the thickener and let stand 2 minutes, until sauce thickens.  Serve immediately.
