INGREDIENTS

  • 2 package Chocolate Pudding Sugar & Fat Free
  • 2 cup Tap Water
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 1 tbsp Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare jello pudding by whisking it into a bowl with the water.
  2. Blend together the softened cream cheese, butter and sucralose with an electric mixer in a separate bowl.  Add the pudding blending completely.
  3. In another bowl whisk the heavy cream on high speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Carefully fold the heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture.
TO FROST CAKE: 
Use about 3/4 of the frosting over the entire length of the cake (leaving about 1 inch on all sides unfrosted), roll the short end up with the frosting into a log.  Use the remaining frosting to decorate the top of the log.  Create bark on the outside and rings on each end by using a tooth pick.
