INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Tamari Soybean Sauce
  • 1 fl oz Tap Water
  • 1 pkt Splenda
  • 1 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 32 oz fresh bok choy
  • 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 0 1/8 tsp Red Chili Pepper, crushed
  • 0 1/4 cup Peanuts

DIRECTIONS

Ingredient note: we suggest using baby bock choy for this recipe. Roughly 8 heads of baby bok choy should weight in at 32 ounces, or two pounds.


  1. In a small bowl, mix tamari, water and sugar substitute (1 tsp or 1 packet); set aside.
  2. In a wok or large, deep skillet, heat canola and sesame oils over medium-high heat. Add bok choy, green onions, garlic, soy sauce mixture and pepper flakes to taste. Stir-fry just until bok choy is wilted, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in peanuts and serve immediately.
