INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt - Plain (Container)
  • 5 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries
  • 1 each Atkins Peanut Butter Granola Bar

DIRECTIONS

This recipe uses one Atkins Peanut Butter Granola Bar that has been coarsely chopped. Another Atkins bar with 4g NC or less may be substituted as desired.  


In a parfait glass, layer the chopped granola bar with the yogurt and diced or quartered strawberries.
