Healthy Low Carb Grilling Recipes

Bratwurst with Sauerkraut

Curried Beef Kebabs

Kebabs are a fun and unique dish that are perfect for summer. These ones get their flavor from curry and cayenne pepper, so they pack a bit of a punch. This low carb BBQ recipe only has 3.9g of net carbs but 35.4g of protein to keep you full for hours.

Steak with Asparagus and Mixed Green Salad

While the grill can be great for simple and healthy meals during a barbeque, it’s also perfect for more formal meals like this delicious steak dinner. With only 5.3 grams of net carbs and 41.4 grams of protein, this recipe is approved for every phase of the Atkins diet. Plus, it only needs 25 minutes of cooking and prep time.

Grilled Pineapple

This recipe is incredibly simple and you can use it as a side dish or even as dessert! Just butter the pineapple and sprinkle it with cinnamon and you’re done! This low carb summer grilling recipe is approved for phases 3 and 4. With 9.5g of net carbs, it makes a great sweet treat that is still healthy.
