Keto Chipotle Marinade
Cooking tip: This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 teaspoons Garlic
  • 4 each Chipotle en Adobo, whole
  • 1 fluid ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions:

Chipotles en adobo are available in cans in the Mexican food section of most supermarkets.  This pastelike marinade and chilis are terrific on bone-in chicken, short ribs, all pork cuts and boneless turkey cutlets.  Makes 8 Tbsp; each serving is 2 Tbsp.
 
  1. Combine garlic, finely chopped chipotles, 2 tsp granulated sugar substitute, lime juice, oil, cumin and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
