Keto Broiled Orange-Chili Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1/4 cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red or Cayenne Pepper
  • 32 ounce raw (yield after cooking, bone removed) Chicken Breast

Directions:

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, mix orange juice, minced garlic, oil, chili powder, sugar substitute, orange rind and cayenne pepper. Add chicken breasts; toss to coat. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.
  2. Heat broiler. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Position broiler rack 6 inches from heat source and broil chicken 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, just until cooked through.
