For breading cutlets, binding meatballs and stuffing, and making fried snacks, flavored breadcrumbs add taste and crunch like nothing else.
- 5 slices Low Carb White Bread, frozen
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano, basil and parsley)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- Preheat oven to 350F. Cut frozen bread into 1" cubes; spread in a single layer onto baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, until thoroughly dry, but not brown. Aloow cubes to cool for 15 minutes.
- In a food processor, process cubes until fine crumbs form. Add cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; pulse to combine.
