  • 5 slices Low Carb White bread, frozen
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cut frozen bread into 1 cubes; spread in a single layer onto baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, until thoroughly dry, but not brown. Let cubes cool for 15 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, process cubes until fine crumbs form. Add pepper; pulse to combine.
