Look What's to Come in 2010!

New Year, New You, New Website

The diet unlike any other will soon have a website to match.

In creating the new Atkins.com, our goal was simple: To make the Atkins diet easier to start, simpler to understand and more enjoyable to stay on. Scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2010, you’ll find things are much clearer and more intuitive to navigate on this fully updated website. Videos from Courtney Thorne-Smith welcome you to the site – explaining each phase of the Atkins diet and helping you determine exactly which phase fits your weight loss and health goals today.

Click deeper, and you’ll discover specific instructions, tips, common FAQs and pitfalls, a list of acceptable foods, as well as delicious recipes for each of the four phases of Atkins. Did we mention recipes? We’ve added hundreds more you won’t believe you’re actually able to eat while on a “diet.” Plus, there’s a new simple-to-use enhanced meal planner that’s oriented to each phase and made to be printer friendly.

Of course, what was great about the previous site will also remain – the support. The Atkins Community, forums, blogs, tools and online courses will continue to grow and nurture your progress through a lifetime on Atkins. We can’t wait to show you the results of all of our hard work.
