Ingredients:

    1 (8-pound) fully cooked ham
    8 whole cloves
    1/3 cup sugar-free pancake syrup
    4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions:

1.    Heat oven to 325º F.  Use sharp knife to lightly score the entire surface of ham in a diamond pattern; insert cloves.  Place ha, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan
2.    Mix syrup and mustard in a small bowl until blended.  Brush mixture over ham.  Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted deep into ham registers 140ºF.  1 ½ to 2 hours.  Baste ham occasionally with glaze during baking.
