8 Servings Atkins Cuisine™ Pie Crust
5 medium apples; peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 Cup granular sugar substitute (sucralose)
3/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, in small pieces

Directions:
  1. Prepare Atkins Cuisine™ Pie Crust and press evenly into a 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom. Freeze 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar substitute, cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss until apples are evenly coated. Spoon into crust; dot top with butter.
