Nutritional Information Per Serving:
1 1/2 Cups baby spinach
1/4 Cup pickled beets, sliced
5 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- Place the spinach leaves in a bowl. Add beets and tomatoes and gently toss with low-carb salad dressing of your choice.
- Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
