You should start with Pre-Maintenance:

  • If you’ve completed Ongoing Weight Loss and are ready to reach your goal weight, Pre-Maintenance is the next step.
  • If you haven’t started a program yet and you only have around 10 pounds to lose, go for Pre-Maintenance. This phase will help you find your ACE take off the pounds and keep the weight off.
  • If you start here, be sure to read up on Phase 1 and Phase 2 to understand the basic principals of the program.
