You should start with Induction:

  • If you have a significant amount of weight to lose or if you need a jump-start to get you on the right track, Induction is for you.
  • If your weight loss goals are minimal, you can start with Phase 2: Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL).
  • If you are at your goal weight, but want to increase your energy and feel better overall, you can start with Phase 3: Pre-Maintenance
